Abstract：
在职业教育深化改革进程中，技能大赛已成为检验中职教育教学质量、推动教学改革的重要抓手。“双师型”教师作为中职教育教学的中坚力量，其教学能力的高低，直接关乎学生职业技能培养成效与竞赛成绩，进而影响中职教育服务产业发展的水平。本论文立足技能大赛背景，以建筑工程施工专业工程测量技能大赛为例，深入剖析中职“双师型”教师教学能力的现状，系统探寻能力提升路径，旨在为中职“双师型”教师队伍建设及教学质量提升提供实践指引。
