    高中阶段的课程体系中，体育学科在学生综合素养以及学生体能方面都有着不可忽视的作用，需要教师对目前的体育课程教学工作展开深入研究分析，调节课程教学模式并注重学生的核心素养培养，确保学生能够在体育课堂中体会到运动锻炼的快乐，激发学生体育锻炼兴趣。
