针对传统小学道德与法治教学评价过度重知识、主体单一、方式呆板等弊端,旨在构建“以学生发展为本”的评价体系,落实立德树人任务。方法上,界定“学生发展”“教学评价”核心概念,从聚焦核心素养确定评价目标,以发展性、主体性等为原则,明确学生、同伴、教师、家长多元评价主体与方式,并通过过程性、增值性、数字化评价等实践路径实施。多元评价方式促进了学生“知情意行”统一,提升核心素养,新评价体系具创新性与实效性,可推动评价向“素养导向”转变,未来可探索技术应用与跨校研究。
