    Abstract：

    高职院校培育现代学徒制工匠精神有助于培育一批又一批大国工匠，从而助力实现中国式现代化。通过职业生涯规划课程，可让大学生及早地认识所学专业，了解社会需求，根据自身能力来制定职业发展目标，根据目标来寻找差距，制定出具有可行性的学习规划，帮助学生后续得到更好的发展。基于此，本文主要分析了工匠精神融入高职学生职业素养的路径。
