Abstract：
水利工程本身与人们生活之间的联系就极为紧密,所以也是非常重要的工程之一,因此我国非常重视水利工程体系的建设工作.然而通常情况下,水利工程自身的难度比较大,技术要求比较高,施工过程较为复杂,因此容易产生一系列的问题,在诸多水利工程的问题当中,渗漏是非常典型的一种.基于此,本文就对水利工程渗漏问题展开了研究,同时就防渗施工技术展开了介绍.
