    Abstract：

    我国黑臭水体治理目前已取得初步成效,但是长效管理和水质维持仍需要继续攻坚克难,通过对市政排水管网普查及检测,排查管网由于建设和运维不当导致的污水间歇性入河问题,并对管网实施改造,解决河道治理后,受市政管网运行不稳定影响造成反复黑臭的现象.
