    每个学生都是独特的个体,具有区别于其他人的个性,这种个性表现在学习上就是上课前准备状态、学习兴趣、学习风格等方面的不同.为了有针对性地实施教学,促进全体学生共同发展,初中语文教师要在教学内容、教学过程、教学评价的各个环节实施差异化教学,做到"以人为本".本文对初中语文阅读差异化教学进行探讨.
