立德树人是新课程改革背景下的根本任务和目标，为了达成该目标，也为了契合时代发展构建三全育人新格局，高职院校的英语教师们在教学过程中需要着重融入思政元素，以此培养学生良好的道德品质，推动学生德智体美劳全面发展。
