    Abstract：

    随着水库工程投资和建设力度的不断加强，水库防灾减灾能力不断提高，加强水库工程的日常管理和维护是水库防灾减灾的重要前提基础，其保障作用尤为重要。在实际管理工作中，由于水库工程的特殊性，实际管理工作往往面临着很大的挑战和管理不当的现象。本文分析了当前水库工程管理和维护工作中存在的问题，进一步提出了促进我国水利工程长期发展的相关有效措施。
