    Abstract：

    目前，我们国家十分重视武术的推广和学习，武术是中华民族传统体育项目。武术课程进入高中体育课程，是因为武术教学对我国青少年身体素质和民族精神的培养，都发挥着重要的作用，武术课程的教学除了能强身健体以外，还具有强大的育人功能，也是学生们接受武术文化思想的人文教育过程，武术的教学还是发扬我国传统武德品质的重要载体。
