    Abstract：

    随着我国迈入新型城市化进程，智慧城市建设进入新的阶段。“精准规划”、“智能规划”、“城市大数据”等成为规划领域的热门词汇。地理信息系统凭借其高效性、准确性、实时性成为规划设计与规划决策的重要工具。文章主要通过阐述智慧城市与地理信息系统的概念，论述地理信息系统在智慧城市建设中的作用；基于信息化发展视域探讨智慧城市建设中地理信息系统的应用，进而为智慧城市建设发展提供参考。
