    文章以四种养老保险制度为切入点,分析了四种养老保险制度包括名义账户制的优缺点,然后介绍中国养老保险的现实困境,针对困境分析名义账户制在我国的可行性和局限性,最后针名义账户制对我国养老保险制度的局限性提出合理化建议.
