Abstract：
赏识教育是一种满怀关爱式的教育方式,应用到班级管理过程中具有良好的效果.中职学生已经具备了一定的认知能力,但传统管理方式往往体现的比较直接,赏识教育通过特殊的方式迎合学生的心理需求,对学生进行有效的引导和纠正,减少了中职学生的叛逆心理,拉近了师生之间的情感交流,在推动班级管理过程中具有非常重要的作用.
