    Abstract：

    以学生为本的教学改革已经成为教育共识，但是在实际教学活动中，教师依然扮演着主要的角色，没有完全突破传统教育模式的枷锁。与应试教育不同，中职学校的老师和学生没有升学压力，具有更大的教学改革空间，中职学生基础能力差、学习信心不足，教师在进行课堂教学时，应该针对这些特点，激发学生的学习积极性，让他们主动参与到教学过程中来，真正实现以学生为本。
