    Abstract：

    在跨境电商日趋成熟且逐步转向生态融合阶段的今天,其对高质量跨境电商人才的需求愈加迫切.目前,我国高校在跨境电商人才培养中仍存在着数量上供不应求,质量上脱离需求的问题.因此,高校在跨境电商人才培养上应该提质培优,以便为跨境电商行业输送更多高质量复合型人才,弥补人才缺口,助力产业升级,拉动经济增长.
