    Abstract：

    随着国家大力提倡节能、环保理念，我国建筑领域作为能源消耗较大的行业，是重点整治的对象，所以绿色建筑设计理念应运而生，通过将其理念运用到商业建筑设计中对社会的经济发展起到了至关重要的作用，同时绿色建筑设计标准概念的产生有助于设计人员更加高效的提出建筑节能方案，为此本文主要从绿色建筑设计的可持续发展观念、设计原则以及具体的应用三个方面进行了重要探讨。
