    Abstract：

    高校学生思政思想教育学生工作,始终是高校思政教育学生管理的一个重要组成部分.大学生教育管理工作的健康开展,必须始终依托于学校思政思想教育工作,进行长期工作规划,实现高校学生思政教育工作管理与思想教育管理的双轨制和同步化.本文将以高校教育思政工作与高校学生教育管理工作关系为理论基础,对工作现状及教育解决问题对策等,做逐一的案例分析和理论探究,为高校教育思政领导工作与高校学生教育管理工作更加科学地结合,提供参考性政策建议.
