Abstract：
以往一刀切的教学方式暴露出很多的问题,已经难以满足新课程标准的要求.针对这种情况,教师可以尝试着将分层教学应用到课堂教学中.初中英语是初中阶段非常重要的学科,英语阅读对于学生来说难度比较大,考察的是学生的英语综合能力,因此学生之间的差异性比较明显,采用分层教学法才能够更好地满足不同层次学生的学习需求.
