Abstract：
近些年来,随着社会的不断更新发展,我国的综合实力已然得到了全面的提高.然而,在飞速发展的社会环境下,有很多领域却衍生出了德育素质严重低下的形势.为了能够更好的培育祖国的未来,学生的德育教育工作普遍得到了重视.初中生作为义务教育的黄金阶段,是德育教育工作的重中之重,更需要班主任教师同其他社会人士共同来提升初中生的德育教育工作质量.
