    科技和经济发展中，建筑行业取得了较大的进步，传统的工程造价管理模式已经无法顺应建筑行业的发展要求，故而就有必要将BIM技术融入精细化管理模式中。建筑工程造价管理中，精细化管理模式尤为常见，其能够建立科学的模型，规范造价管理工作，保障多方的利益。
