Abstract：
在民用航空的快速发展和人才需求的快速增长的背景下,空中乘务专业人员需求量日益上升.在高职乘务专业高效课堂构建中,高职院校不仅要创建能够满足民用航空业需求的、符合民用航空特性的空中乘务专业职业培训模型,而且还可以紧密整合工程与学习,提高航空职业培训的质量,以确保高职空中乘务专业毕业生能够更好的满足民用航空公司的岗位任职要求.
