    Abstract：

    随着我国经济的不断发展和转型,人才培养模式也在不断发生改变,呈现出区域发展的优势和特点,但是在电子商务人才培养方面还存在一些误区,导致我国中职院校电子商务教学水平不高,学生的专业素质和综合能力不强等问题难以满足社会对于电子商务人才的需求,所以我国的中职院校应该积极转型,改变电子商务人才培养理念,不断探索人才培养新模式,以此来促进我国电子商务事业的发展.基于此,本文章对中职面向岗位的电子商务专业人才培养模式进行探讨,以供相关从业人员参考.
