    Abstract：

    经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，促进城市化进程的加快。城市化速度的加快以及工业的进一步发展，导致污水处理量逐渐增加，处理工作的难度也随之加大。工作中，对处理设备以及工作人员业务水平的要求不断提高。需要选取一个合理的污水处理设施建设运营模式来开展工作，不同的运营模式均存在各自的优缺点，企业需要依据自身状况，合理选择。本文就城市污水处理厂运营模式及其绩效评估展开探讨。
