基于现代化教育背景下,社会用人单位所需要的不单单是知识型人才,更多对创新型人才提出了极高关注.尤其是高级技工人才数量,在急需众多人才的基础上,更加决定了中职院校校企协同教育工作进行的重要性.在接下来的文章中,将站在"工匠精神"层面下,详细阐述中职校企协同育人机制措施,希望能够给相关人士提供些许参考价值.
