    随着社会的进步和对外交流的不断深入,英语语言作为第二外语变得越来越重要,也越来越被关注.因此,在中职教育工作中加强学生的英语能力,提高学生的英语技能是必要的任务与义务.良好的英语能力的形成,不仅可以全面提升个人文化素养,更能为学生今后的发展打下坚实的基础.现阶段中职英语教学中存在着与就业要求不匹配的教学模式,本文就应如何进行就业导向下的中职英语教学模式给出几条合理化建议.
