浅析水利工程EPC总承包项目管理模式

Abstract：

随着国民经济的快速发展，水利工程项目管理模式逐步完善，其中，EPC总承包项目管理模式具有管理过程简单便捷、管理效率高等优势，是国内外主流发承包模式之一。为此，本文对水利工程EPC项目管理模式进行系统化分析，并结合水利工程EPC管理模式现状，提出了发展建议，以供相关单位参考。
