    随着社会的不断发展，社会对综合人才的需求量不断的上升，所以在中职教学当中，应该加强学生综合能力的培养，例如在语文教学当中，教师可以通过微课新型的模式，帮助教师在教学当中注重培养学生的综合能力的培养使得教学质量更加优质。
