    Abstract：

    素质教育背景下，教育改革发展逐渐从知识教育走向能力教育、素养教育，注重学生全面发展。因此，高中英语教学目标也在从综合语言能力的提升向核心素养培养转变，要求学生不仅掌握英语语言学习能力，还要学会学习英语，发展英语语言思维和跨文化意识。为了达到这一教学目标，本文重点结合高中英语具体教学内容，分析教学策略的优化与创新，旨在推动我国教育事业更好的发展。
