初中数学教学中实施差异化教学的策略探讨

Abstract：
在数学教学过程中，由于学生的家庭背景以及学习兴趣、性格特点等存在差异，因此学生的学习成绩也出现了两极分化的现象。根据这一情况，教师必须要采用多元化的教学方式，但是当前大部分教师习惯应用一刀切的教学模式，导致学生的学习需求无法得到满足，会出现学习兴趣较低，缺乏上进心等各项问题。所以，笔者认为应当结合学生的多元需求，有效应用差异化教学方法，提高学生的学习兴趣与综合能力。
