Abstract：
随着教育理念的持续革新和教学模式的深刻转变，如何有效地将评价机制与教学过程进行有机融合，已然成为摆在高中语文教师面前亟待解决的核心问题。高中语文教学的目的不仅仅局限于单纯的知识传授，更应当着眼于学生综合素养的全面提升和全面发展。在这一过程中，教师需要深入思考如何通过科学合理的评价手段，既检验学生的学习成果，又促进其语文能力的全面提升，从而实现教学与评价的良性互动和协同发展。文章就高中语文“教学评”一体化的教学实践路径展开研究，以期为今后高中语文教学改革提供实践参考。
