Abstract：
绿色低碳是现阶段建筑工程项目建设发展的主要方向和趋势，强调建筑工程建设内容与自然环境的协调统一。为促进新时期绿色低碳建筑项目的建设发展，本文以建筑小区为主要研究对象，着重从建筑小区室内室外环境一体化规划设计的角度，探讨在绿色低碳建设要求下，通过一体化设计控制建筑小区碳排放量，提升建筑小区居住舒适度的有效方法，旨在为建筑小区项目施工建设提供参考。
