大学生健康教育课程思政的实践路径与体系构建

Abstract：
本文以大学生健康教育课程为载体，探索课程思政的创新实践路径。通过解构课程内容与思政元素的耦合关系，构建“三维五阶”实践模型，将健康观培育、生命教育、社会责任等思政要素融入教学全过程。研究表明，通过案例浸润、情景模拟、实践转化等多元化教学策略，可实现专业知识传授与价值引领的有机统一，为高校公共课程的思政建设提供可复制的实践范式。
