Abstract：
本文针对高中学生计算机编程能力培养问题，提出阶梯式教学设计方案。分析高中计算机编程教学现状，阐述阶梯式教学设计内涵与优势，详细介绍基础、进阶、拓展提升三阶段设计内容，并通过实例说明实施过程与效果，同时提出保障措施。研究表明，该设计能提升学生编程能力，为高中计算机编程教学改革提供参考。
