Abstract：
本文聚焦中职体育课堂教学实践，从创设情境激趣、推动分组合作、强化技能训练及优化评价激励四个维度展开探究，构建促进学生核心素养提升体系。通过环境资源利用并引入案例，多样化活动设计、异质性分组以及任务分工，竞赛环节设置、即时口头反馈及同伴互评机制等策略，能够有效激发学生学习兴趣提高参与积极性，形成良好体育习惯促进身心健康发展。
