    Abstract：

    建设用地规模测算是各层级国土空间规划的重点内容，一个科学合理的村庄建设用地规模，既是村庄规划的约束性指标，也是村庄发展建设的必要前提。本文结合村庄建设用地的特征，论述了影响村庄建设用地规模测算的因素，以衡阳市市辖区村庄建设用地规模的测算为实例，分析了不同测算方法的利弊，并提出了指标测算及实施管控的相关思路。
