    围绕污水处理监管的业务需求与应用场景，以完善监管体系，保障污水处理设施运行安全，加强应急处置能力和提高监管效率为目标，通过建设智慧化监管平台，将污水处理行业信息资源进行统筹和整合，充分利用物联网、大数据等信息化技术，实现污水处理设施要素数字化、状态实时可视化、管理决策协同化和智慧化。
