Abstract：
伴随着教育改革的不断深化，高中体育教学面临着新的挑战和机遇，在传统教学模式下体育教师在课堂上往往会有大量的知识讲解和技能演示。但这种模式往往忽视了学生的个体差异和自主学习能力，学生的积极性和主动性很难被完全调动起来。翻转课堂模式的引入，为高中体育教学提供了新的思路和方法，本文将探讨翻转课堂模式在高中体育教学中的应用意义和策略。
