    Abstract：

    本文通过分析中小学教师面临的压力，指出教师心理素养的重要性，并从积极心理学的视角给出教师心理素养的界定。通过对320名中小学教师进行施测，了解他们在自我效能、韧性、乐观、希望等积极心理品质上的状况，分析中小学教师心理素养在性别、学段、教龄、婚姻上的差异，从积极心理学尤其是基本心理需求理论的角度提出提升中小学教师心理素养的路径。
