    在职业教育改革持续深入推进的大背景下，高职语文课程与专业课程实施协同育人，已然成为提升学生综合素养、使其契合产业发展需求的关键路径。本文通过列举协同育人的理论基础与实践困境，提出了重构教育理念、优化课程体系、创新教学模式、强化师资建设及完善评价机制的系统化策略，旨在为高职院校推进产教融合、培养高素质技术技能人才提供参考。
