    中职教育在我国教育体系中占据重要地位，随着对外交流的增加，日语学习在中职教育中的需求也逐渐上升。然而，中职生的日语学习动机存在差异且容易波动，这对日语教学效果有着显著影响。本研究旨在探讨中职生日语学习动机的激发与维持策略。
