    如今，我国的建筑工程行业逐步朝着高质量方向转型，我国建筑行业也在逐步朝着智能化、数字化的方向发展，智能建造已经诞生，以其工业化、智能化、信息化的特点成了建筑行业发展的重要趋势，随着相关试点项目的推广，关于智能建造的各类规范和标准也逐步出台。文章介绍了智能建造模式的概念与特点，探索了BIM技术对智能建造的推动作用，并阐述了BIM技术在智能建造中的具体应用。
