Abstract：
颜元，系我国明末清初的思想家、教育家，其哲学思想对我国的古代的学术思想与教育有着革命性的影响；尤其以实学为甚，对我国的教育思想有着不可磨灭的贡献。实学思想在教育中的反映是多种多样的且是十分具体可行的，主要囊括“实才实德之士”的教育目的，以实为核的教育内容，以及具体教学的方法论。颜元的实学教育思想既对当时的社会思想发展产生影响，另外在一定程度上也符合现在教育的发展。
