Abstract：
劳动教育是幼儿园教育活动的重要组成部分。同时劳动教育活动也是综合性的教育活动。幼儿在游戏化的劳动教育活动中能够得到体能、智能、德育美育的发展，感受劳动带来的成长的快乐以及能力发展的成就感。本文主要探索如何在五育融合的模式下，借助幼儿园的资源，开展体验式的田园劳作活动，在其中渗透微观察、巧引导、慢介入的策略，使幼儿能够在体验式的田园劳动过程中，不断的学习新的劳动技能，同时也能体验到劳动的不易，学会珍惜劳动成果，实现五育融合模式下劳动能力发展的效果。
