    老城区作为城市的核心区域，承担着保证城市运转的重要功能。主要城区的积水问题降低了车辆的通行效率，影响了广大群众的生产生活，老城区积水成了城市维护建设中亟待解决的问题，本文以沈阳市为例，对老旧城区积水原因进行分析并提出相应防治措施。
