在核心素养的背景下，初中美术课堂教学需要关注学生的全面发展和美术素养的培养。本文从现阶段初中美术课堂教学存在的问题出发，提出了一系列教学策略，包括构建活跃的课堂氛围、借助故事教学、激发学生学习兴趣、提高美术鉴赏能力、注重艺术的创新和实践以及开展有效的教学评价。这些策略旨在促进学生的创造力、审美能力和表现力的培养，提高美术课堂教学的质量。
