Abstract：
现阶段初中数学教学中教学方式不断优化，教师在开展教学活动过程中更注重学生学习素养和学习能力的强化，在教学活动与内容的筛选上，更尊重学生的个性化差异，通过因材施教的模式让整体学生的学习能力有很大的提升。分层教学模式因其独特的教学优势在教学活动中得到全面的应用，并且取得了不错的教学成效，锻炼学生的思维，增强他们的学习能力和学习效果。本文中从不同层面阐述了分层教学模式在初中数学教学中的具体应用，并且提出积极有效的改进措施，进一步推动课堂教学取得更好的成效。
