学生自主学习能力的培养是初中语文阅读教学中的重要任务。本文从激发学生阅读兴趣、掌握高效的阅读技巧、养成良好的阅读习惯和拓宽文学鉴赏途径四个方面，阐述了培养学生自主阅读能力的意义。然后，从渲染阅读氛围、设计阅读任务、开展阅读鉴赏和传授阅读技巧四个策略，详细阐述了如何培养学生自主阅读能力。通过这些策略的实施，可以有效地培养学生的自主学习能力，提高他们的阅读水平和文学素养。
