Abstract：
“双碳”目标的提出，为国土空间规划提供了新的发展思路，对于实现美丽中国建设、推进生态文明建设具有重大意义。国土空间规划是推动绿色低碳发展的重要抓手，发挥了国土空间规划在全社会能源资源节约、生态环境保护方面的统筹作用。基于此，文章从“双碳”目标下国土空间规划的意义出发，主要探讨了“双碳”目标下国土空间规划思路，供同行参考。
