Abstract：
跨文化交际能力在全球化背景下显得尤为重要，特别是在初中英语教学中，更需要注重这一能力的培养。本文通过分析初中英语教学现状，探讨当前教学过程中存在的不足之处，提出了一系列切实可行的策略和方法，以提升学生的跨文化交际能力。通过优化教材内容、引入跨文化活动、强化教师跨文化素养、利用多媒体资源及开展跨文化交流项目等手段，旨在为初中英语教学提供参考，帮助学生在全球化时代具备更强的跨文化交际能力。
