    Abstract：

    建轨道就是建城市，轨网带来的时空可达性的变化，将使城市机能“自主不自主”的围绕轨道展开重组。本文从南昌市轨道线网建设实况出发，分析了南昌市城市发展和轨道交通推进TOD模式中遇到的问题，并提出了城市更新中的规划策略。本研究对推动城市结构优化、功能完善和品质提升具有重要的实际意义。
